Sometimes change is a difficult task and feels impossible when your pantry is filled with unhealthy foods that no longer serve your body’s health.  Maybe you need help finding the will power to sort through your pantry. 

Schedule a pantry cleansing

We will guide you and help you find the courage to throw out the food that is not serving your health and wellbeing. We will support you through this difficult process with educational information, healing foods for your body constitution and a road map for your future. This is particularly helpful for those who need to lose weight and for anyone making a transition to a healthy diet.

The 2-hour consult takes place in your home kitchen. The consult begins with a brief assessment of your current menu, followed by a literal clean-out of your pantry and fridge. You will then be provided with a shopping list to assist you in filling your kitchen with appropriate and healthy foods. It is recommended that you receive or have received an Initial Ayurvedic Consultation before this appointment as it will assist us in coming up with a plan specific for your body.

Option 1 - $200 ( 2-hour consult, printed materials, travel expenses)

Option 2 - $375 (includes 1 hour Ayurvedic Initial Consultation, Report of Findings Conclusion, 2-hour consult, printed materials, travel expenses)
