Welcome to Mona V Wellness and congratulations on taking the first step towards getting started to a healthier you!

couplesunriseWe know how rewarding it will be to let go of old habits and breathe new life changes into your day. We are here to support you on your journey. Please take a minute to read through our getting started steps so that you are savvy with the options. We look forward to meeting you!

To get started, follow these 4 easy steps!

1. Call or email to schedule

The first step is to call 414-331-4009 or email and schedule an introductory private 45-minute $39 session or consultation. This session will introduce you to the language and basics of Yoga or Ayurveda. After the session you will have the ability to choose the services that meet your needs and skill level.

2. Download Client Intake form

For your convenience, please download this form and fill it out prior to your introductory session. Please bring it with you. This information helps us get to know your goals and specific needs.

3. Create your personal login (coming soon)

The next step is to create your personal login. Now you will have access to sign up for classes online, request a private session and purchase packages.

a. Intro series package

Once you have taken your initial private session and you fall in love with Yoga, it is extremely valuable to continue at lease once a week. That is why we offer the Intro Series Package. This special is specifically for YOU as a new client to get good habits established.

b. Scheduling a standing session

This standing session is an appointment that happens same day and time every week.
